Privacy Policy

How this website handles data, and how confidentiality is maintained throughout the Inner Success programme.

Overview

This website does not collect, store, or process personal data. No names, email addresses, or other identifying information are gathered through any page on this site.

This policy explains the basis on which any data relating to your use of this website is handled. It is written to meet the expectations of public sector due diligence and organisational compliance requirements.

Data controller

The data controller for this website is Tara Halliday, operating as Inner Success.

For any privacy-related enquiries, please contact: tara@innersuccess.me

What this website does not collect

This website has been designed to operate without collecting personal data.

  • No names or contact details are collected through this website
  • No registration, login, or account creation is required
  • No contact forms or enquiry forms are hosted on these pages
  • No cookies are used for tracking, advertising, or analytics
  • No personal data is stored in any database connected to this site
  • No third-party tracking scripts or analytics platforms are embedded

Third-party services

This website uses Google Fonts to serve typefaces. When you load a page, your browser makes a request to Google's font servers. Google may log standard technical data associated with that request (such as IP address and browser type) in accordance with their own privacy policy. No personal data is shared with Google by this website beyond what is inherent in that font-loading request.

This website is hosted on a standard web hosting provider. The hosting provider may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, access times, pages requested) as part of normal infrastructure operation. These logs are not accessed or used by Inner Success for any purpose.

No other third-party services, analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking technologies are used on this website.

Programme confidentiality

Confidentiality is central to the Inner Success programme and is maintained at every level.

The fact that a leader is undertaking the programme, the content of sessions, the nature of the work, and any material discussed are treated as strictly confidential. No client names, case details, or identifying information are published on this website or shared publicly.

Where testimonials appear on this site, they are presented with role-level attribution only (for example, "CEO" or "Senior Partner") and are used with the explicit consent of the individual concerned. No testimonial includes information that would identify the person, their organisation, or the specific content of their programme.

This level of confidentiality is maintained as standard practice regardless of whether a programme is privately funded or organisationally sponsored.

Data processed during the programme itself

The Inner Success programme is delivered one-to-one and involves direct communication between the practitioner and the participating leader. The personal data processed during delivery (such as names, contact details for scheduling, and session content) is handled separately from this website and is governed by the terms agreed between the parties at the point of engagement.

That data is processed on the lawful basis of legitimate interest (for the delivery of a professional service that the individual has voluntarily engaged with) or, where applicable, on the basis of contractual necessity.

Programme data is not stored on this website, is not accessible through this website, and is not connected to any system associated with this website.

Research and published data

Where aggregated or anonymised data appears on this website (for example, average before-and-after scores), no individual participant can be identified from that data. All published figures are presented at population level and contain no personally identifiable information.

Your rights

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

  • Request access to any personal data held about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to the processing of your personal data
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

As this website does not collect personal data, these rights are most likely to be relevant in connection with programme delivery rather than website use. To exercise any of these rights, please contact tara@innersuccess.me.

You may also contact the ICO directly at ico.org.uk if you have concerns about how your data is handled.
